Andy Howell

Principal and Managing Partner, Andy is responsible for all operational strategy and process implementation. His professional experience is centered around the real estate, construction management and investment fields. He is currently also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Ohio (License #2016000215). 

Over these experiences, his passion for real estate has blossomed due to the ever-changing environment, creativity and problem solving skills required to be successful. 

In his free time, Andy enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, mountain biking, obstacle course racing, cooking, live music and all things family. 

Cicily Howell

Cicily is Mother Theresa incarnate. A graduate of the University of Colorado where she studied Kinesiology and Psychology, Cicily continued her civic-minded outlook by working with an adolescent treatment center in the desert of South-Eastern Utah. Today, she is a registered nurse and full-time mom. 

When not in the throws of kid land, Cicily enjoys spending time outdoors skiing, hiking, exercising and making anyone she meets smile.
